Both state-based and out-of-state TPAs are required to register with the Washington Vaccine Association so we can keep you informed of the latest policies, changes, and reductions to vaccine charges.
In-state businesses need to register through the state Department of Licensing (DOL) web site (for instructions, click For Payers on the left menu and scroll down to "TPAs based in Washington State"). Out-of-state businesses can register with the WVA by completing the form below. There is no charge for WVA registration, except for a small transaction fee if you go through the DOL web site.
