Fred L. Potter, Executive Director
Fred is the founding director of both the New Hampshire Vaccine Association and Maine Vaccine Board. He is also senior counsel at Sulloway & Hollis, a law practice based in Concord, New Hampshire, and executive director of the Christian Legal Society. Between 2000 and 2007 he helped launch and ran the New Hampshire Health Plan, which provides the only available health insurance for the state’s medically uninsurable residents.
Margaret Lane, Deputy Executive Director
Margaret is founder of mLane and Company, which helps businesses and nonprofits with strategic planning, marketing programs, and public policy development. She is a former corporate attorney, with a specialty in health care, and has served in executive positions at the Regence Group, a four-state BlueCross BlueShield health plan. She is also past president of the Association of Washington Health Care Plans.
Peter Smith, Financial Analyst
Peter is a licensed CPA with a strong background in technology solutions for finance and accounting. In addition to his role as financial analyst for the WVA, he serves as controller and chief information officer for a nationwide professional organization. Peter earned a B. S. in Business Management from Oral Roberts University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Regent University. He currently resides in Ontario, Canada.
Claire M. Roberge, Controller
Claire earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Rivier College and an MBA from New Hampshire College. She is Chief Operating Officer for CML Administrators, LLC and for Concord Christian Academy in Concord, New Hampshire. She is Controller for the Maine Vaccine Association and the New Hampshire Vaccine Association. She is also Treasurer of other small non-profit organizations in New Hampshire.
Emily R. McKenna, Executive Assistant
Emily attended both Thomas More College and the Erasmus Institute of Liberal Arts where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. After graduating in 2010 she worked as a finance assistant for a U.S. Senate campaign, and then as a caseworker for a U.S. Congresswoman from Washington State. She currently serves as executive assistant for both CML Administrators and the Christian Legal Society.
